Even though we were constantly told by the upper management in frequent townhalls that our company was doing well even in this pandemic, the appraisal given was way below industry standards citing the reason as pandemic which was very ironic.
My greatest concern is for their client Citibank and the number of people leaving just because of the client. Like every service company even though the work is being done on latest and cutting edge technologies, what the client asks for deadline wise and design wise is final. Citibank is one of the worst clients you can work for be it from any company. The Citibank employees don't give enough respect and treat the vendors are inferior people. Very short deadlines and too much work pressure at least for this client is making people resign and the management has not yet realized this I guess.
