Pros

-onsite opportunities in some projects -fair compensation

Cons

The real struggle starts after you leave the organisation. I left Altimetrik in June,2018. While I tried to transfer my PF, I couldn't do it as pension contribution was not updated in passbook. Connected with Altimetrik finance team to get it rectified. It has been more than 4 years, still following up on same. They stopped responding to email. I have involved managers, VPs, HR heads in the email but noone is bothering to resolve it. I am hopeless now. Many employees had same experience. Please don't join this company if you want to live in peace after resignation. Also bad work-life balance, too much internal politics, maintenance kind of work are some of the cons as well.

Dear Ex Altimetrik, Thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. We are very concerned with your review and regret that you couldn’t experience the winning culture that we practice recognized by global organizations like Great Places to Work, Cool Places to Work and more. As communicated with you in person, we are aware that your request is pending clearance with the EPFO (Employee Provident Fund Office) and we hope the same will be resolved by them shortly. Our team is constantly following up with the EPFO to expedite the resolution and further address any post pandemic communication lapses with the EPFO. For any further clarifications and support, kindly reach out to our finance manager (whose contact has been shared with you earlier). We will continue to keep you updated on the progress and look forward to a speedy resolution.
