There is a lot to list out as cons:
1. First of all No job security. You may be fired at any time.
2. No work culture - There is no proper flow for the projects.
3. Team leads and managers are worst at the peak. Keeping a bucket to the manager from TL works very well. Even though you are good at work and not keeping bucket to your TL, then you are done. Your manager blindly believes everything from TL.
4. No Projects in the company, they just show off while hiring.
5. There are no proper learning curves. All projects are short-duration like 3 to 4 months.
6. Immediately in the middle of the project either the client will close their contract or your manager will release you from the project.
7. once you move to the bench, you are done, they will simply give you some assignment as learning and you will not get any projects in the future,
8. For every client interview for the projects, they will conduct 2 to 3 rounds of interviews and it feels like they were hiring a new employee from outside. It's very tough.
9. Later in the bench they will tell you there are no projects for your technology, so please upgrade yourself for other technologies. After you start upgrading yourself also you will not get any projects. The reality is that HR and bench mentors telling the same thing to every other technology guy also.
then one day HR will call you and give you 2 options either you should put down the paper the same day without giving yourself any time to think or you have to take your leave for a month or 2 without salary.
so finally you will end up with No Job in hand, no learning, and no future.
so please think 10 times before joining Altimetrik.
All the best Guys :)
