      Pros

      Work life balance is good as there is work from home and flexi hours.

      Cons

      Never have I seen such a big company running successfully which such a crap design and code. The Sydney team are like adopted children of Nice. The base location team in Nice pretend to so smart that they have launched rocket. However the truth is they have written some crap in 8 years which even they can't fix it now.
