Do not work for this company - Engineering Amadeus Employee Review

The HR and Legal team will overlook the unethical behavior of employees, because they do not want to deal with an investigation. They do not offer good merit increases. There are WAY too many managers and unnecessary levels within the organization. Any idea for improvement gets lost in all the layers within layers. The politics are ridiculous. Do not bother even applying for a position within this company. It is shady at best.
