Pros
People and atmosphere are simply the best. Benefits package is amazing, but salary could be better. One can grow and freely express opinions. Frequent traveling before covid. Very good life-work balance.
Cons
5 years graduate program that predefines your career for whole five years. The worst part is that everyone is treated equally no matter how much and with what quality one works. They should rethink the whole concept if they want to retain best talent.
