Pros
I have a no stress life here with a lot of sun and a lot of parties with colleagues and no one demands from me any high performance. I have also a lot more vacations than I had before.
Cons
everyone is super fearful but hides it behind a friendly facade - too quick to see the worst in anyone and too cowardly to resolve things directly. generally they are very lame - taking idiotic decisions which just shows they have no idea what they are talking about but don't point it out just go with the flow or they won't like you. amadeus people are as small minded as it gets. making a big deal out of nothing always watching others talking about others putting down others to show they're not so very unimportant and mediocre as they actually are.
