Pros
Amadeus attracts international profiles, particularly in Spain. Some incredibly talented profiles gravitated towards Amadeus, as an established company the benefits package is pretty good
Cons
The company is impossible to navigate, you would imagine that international mobility or even job rotation would be possible, it's impossible, young professionals are discouraged from ambition, they promote the same profiles, which lacks diversity. It has an old school mentality that is continuously reinforced.
