      Amadeus tends to give liberty to individuals to perform at their best, to get involved in projects and activities of their own personal interest, which in long term provides lots of experience in very different areas.

      Cons

      It's really common that all the effort and overperformance done by the employees isn't taken into account at the moment of Salary revisions.
