Pros

It depends on the project usually, the work-life balance is good. The bonus usually will be more than stated in CTC, even in the covid time when the company had no revenue, they paid the stated bonuses. Deadlines are flexible mostly they agreed to developers' estimates. So if you are not over-ambitious and are satisfied with regular hikes which on average is around 7-10%, and satisfied with no promotion then you will enjoy it here.

Cons

Again this also depends on the project most of the projects are good but I was unfortunate. -Their project tech stack was old and they hired me saying we are migrating, but the team in Bangalore doesn't work on migration. And they keep on selling the same pitch to every new joiners. - Scrum Master and managers mostly care about tasks to be "marked" as complete and not the actual completion so that it looks good on their board, they do not care for the quality of work. - While hiring they assign roles based on years of experience, for eg- 5.5 yoe will be SDE 2 and 6 yoe will be SDE 3 though the interview rounds will be the same, expectations are also the same. But once you in and if you ask for a promotion, they give almost impossible tasks. Like SDE 2 were asked to do all Scrum master like activities plus his own tasks to get to SDE 3. Even SDE 3 doesn't do all that. - Lots of micro-management, a lot of follow-ups, and a lot of meetings, barely get 2-3 hrs to do actual work. - Upper management shows themselves very nicely to non-managerial employees, but they will force managers to put pressure on employees. - Again they will give yearly objectives so much that you can never complete that and therefore you can never ask for good ratings and promotions. I had so big a list of pointers that I took 30 mins just to read it. - If you raise your concern about work, or work environment they will try to avoid it by giving some lame replies or false promises until and unless you resign. - I m not saying you can not get promotions or good ratings, but you have to be a workaholic, forget about the importance of your opinions, and just do what the manager says and create something which can make your manager look good at the upper level.

Pros

- Learning opportunities, every day brought something new to tackle or explore - Decent benefits package that covered the essentials - Competitive salary relative to industry standards

Cons

- Management is aggressively enforcing a hybrid model, even for remote employees, and is rescinding previously agreed upon contracts. There's a glaring lack of strategic vision from leadership. - If you're based in Europe or North America, job security is virtually nonexistent unless you're in upper management. Roles are being shifted to India, Colombia, and the Philippines, with cost-cutting prioritized over talent, experience, or loyalty. - The forced migration to Azure, compounded by poor planning, is draining resources. And employees are paying the price — not just through increased workload, but by being let go in recent layoffs (October '25). With many of the positions eliminated quietly transferred to offshore. - Layoffs are being justified as “market alignment” and financial necessity. Yet at the same time, the company continues to absorb small to medium-sized companies, raising serious questions about transparency, priorities, and long-term stability.
