Pros
The work environment was clean and well-organized. Team leaders were supportive and always available to help. Salary was paid on time, and shifts were planned properly. Good place to gain warehouse experience.
Cons
Workload can become very high during peak seasons, which makes the job physically demanding. Shift schedules can change frequently, creating difficulty in maintaining work–life balance. Communication between management and staff could be improved for smoother operations. Career growth opportunities for entry-level workers are limited. Standing for long hours is required on most shifts.
