      - Opportunity to work with super smart people - Challenging and interesting problems that push your limits - Pay is above average in the e-commerce / retail industry - (Depending on when you join) RSU compensation can make a big difference

      Cons

      - Career progression can be slow - even if you work as hard as you can, average promotions take between 3 - 5 years to happen. There is not a lot of emphasis or attention put towards career development - Tough and confrontational working culture. - Expected performance bar is set really high - Overall compensation is highly dependent on stock performance (which you cannot influence on an individual performance level) - No individual performance bonuses

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
