Pros
I have had the most interesting on-boarding experience in my career. Amazon actually wants you to not only be capable (and able) to do your job, but to enjoy doing it. They have provided training above and beyond anything I have had at any other company. They have been flexible, and so far, pretty laid back about many things. The atmosphere here is pretty light as well. Nerf wars tend to break out every so often. But when there is work to be done, it is eyes forward!
Cons
Just the learning curve. The scale and speed at which Amazon does things is difficult to grasp.
