      Pros

      I love working for a company that thinks big and is doing very innovative work! I feel i get the opportunity to do meaningful work with autonomy. Amazon has a create culture that is true to its leadership principals. My manager sets me up for success, cares about me and my work life balance.

      Cons

      Getting started and feeling comfortable in a new role takes time and it can be difficult to become confident in what you are doing. It helps to ask a lot of questions.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
