Pros

The management team meh, $15 an hour,

Cons

Water bottles all over the floor hazard, wanting you to be Speedy Gonzales, with picking and staging in the midst of all of this, You get a 15 minute break, bottle warm water, no PTO only VTO, yet during prime they VTO you to death, after prime day now you have to use unpaid time if you have emergency because they aren’t offering VTO and deal with points that won’t come off until 90 days the maximum is 12.5 points and your fired. No medical benefits for seasonal sortation, you paid $40 to talk to a doctor so he can diagnose you over the phone what’s wrong with you, The 7:30 am to 12noon shift shuttle bus is cancel and not enough parking available at the site. During your shift when you pick off the line the jiffies and the boxes, they don’t have enough sorters to remove items to place in the bags, so it’s hard on the pickers, because we have nowhere to put the items, three hours your picking and then we usually take a break, but their are times that they will ask you to get a scanner and help knowing that pickers get their breaks first, no regard for your breaks whatsoever, for the pickers or sorters, The sorters are the last to get a break. You have to scan out for your 15 minute break and after your 15 minute break you start to pick and stage, when you get the bags ready for the prime trucks the majority of the bags are on the floor not on the racks nothing is really organize, so you waste time looking for bags that on your scanner playing the hunting game, yet they wants you to do three pick and stage before clocking out, at 12 noon, but sometime you end up with a huge pick and stage where their three racks that you have to push by yourself from one side of the warehouse to wherever you have to stage your items, one rack at a time, by the time your finish it’s time to clock out.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
