Pros
I was an employee for 6 years across 4 different teams at Amazon and it was an incredible learning experience. I was able to work on big projects, deliver impressive results, and get paid fairly for my work.
Cons
In my opinion, Amazon does zero to retain employees. Pay raises ONLY come with a new job. I was promoted, to a higher level, and suddenly was paid $30k less than my peers because that is the "cost of labor" for my position.
