Good pay and a good place to make some friends.
Cons
the management can be chill depending on the shifts. For instance, morning managers were very stressed and bestowed their stress and annoyance to their subordinates, on the other hand the evening management was very nonchalant. If you trying to move forward try to become friends with the management. There were associates more suitable for promotion yet lazy management friends were given the opportunity instead. Work part time and move on with your life, I don't recommend it unless you have nothing else going on.
