I started working here on 21st September, 2020, as a Fresher. Till then, I have worked under 4 countries of Amazon Operations via calls, chats and emails - support to various customers. Overall, I have found these as positives: - Work from Home - Facilities of Meal Card (worth 1100/-) - Medical support whenever, required via Mybenefits - Early/Timely salary credit, without any delay - Supportive managers (so, I've been in team with) - Gifts for supporting peak
Cons
- Low staffing, so high calls (after the peak ends, as well) - No team play - No growth and, level 2 is 'Hard stuck' to your job level - Stressful, since everyday you have to deal with irated customers and apologize till your ears can't take it anymore. Due to high volume of calls, you will face difficulties carrying a regular lifestyle. So, before you go apply, I'd suggest to do this job, as a Money Earner for your family/other reasons. This shouldn't be your primary goal in life. Select a career with more prospects and, opportunities. Take time and, do what's best for you. Good luck!
