benefits(Medical,Dental,Vision) , (48hrs)personal paid time off a year,1 week vacation, also 2 weeks unpaid time a year from day 1. they also pay tuition for schooling after 1 year of service. Yes I do see a future and career.
Cons
non adequate(proper training), Very poor communication from lower to upper management. a lot of favoritism. a lot un-organization. The most important would be over looking Safety Procedures and 5s during our Peak seasons.
