Policies are very nice. Incentives are good. We can learn more by assigning relevant training modules as per requirement to learn and grow more.

Cons

Salary issue in customer service. At the name of business requirement, adding the skill and forcing to work in primary skills, i.e; L3 associate also have to take L2 primary calls. There is no other alternative provided.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
