Cons
A company which started as the best turned out to be the worst when more people started getting involved. All the cultures, principles are diluted from the top level and to every management level. all they need is to please their top bosses at the expense of their below employees and show that they are really good at it when there is actually a very toxic environment, full of pressure and over working. With 20 employees, they want to achieve a task done by 60 employees. On the other hand, the regional and caste biases are a topping on the cake. A lot of deserving candidates never get the chance to progress due to these biases and internal politics. Also, when hiring new employees, they ensure that they take in people from their region or caste and all this is somehow never addressed. The most useless HRs can be found in this company. never a skip meeting, always take the side of the management, never seen them getting any policy for the improvement of employee wellness. All in all, the worst company I worked for ever. It's just the hype that makes it look good. Every internal employee unless they are the corrupted ones are burning out here.
