Very high performance standards, you have to learn a lot and quickly, but you are also trained accordingly and you feel welcomed into the Amazon family from day one. The support in all aspects is incredibly good. Amazon is really completely different, in a positive sense, then any other company I've worked for. It's always day 1 at Amazon, because you never stop learning and mastering new challenges every day. If you want to constantly improve yourself at work and as person, Amazon is the right place for you.
