Pros
As a new joiner you have a lot of targeted trainings to get up to speed with the technology and company culture. The onboarding is very well structured and you get help from other team members. All the people are brilliant and there is a good vibe around everyone.
Cons
There are many directions you can develop yourself and it is easy to get lost. You will need to pay attention to filter the "noise" around you to be able to do meaningful work. It is a bit strange to get the advice "make sure you will not burnout".
