Has additional benefits with the salary provided which are quite good Work environment is cool
Cons
Frequent change of skills . At times , You might feel you are not compensated enough for the works that has been allotted. There are internal job promotions , but the odds of getting in to it is very low and my personal opinion is that recommendation does matter if the application has be forwarded for next step.
