Pros
Overall pay was fairly decent.Freedom while working as in no manager or supervisor is on your back as long as you do your job ( which is not hard). Long hours if you need it. Benefits are decent depending on the company you are working for.
Cons
Dispatch can be very difficult to work with if you get on their bad side. Very long hours. Higher pay or quarterly bonuses would be nice considering the amount of work you do. Almost no social life as you usually clock in 9-10AM and get off 6-8(depending on how fast you complete your route) and would get home late if you live a little far from it so you won’t get home until around 9pm and then repeat.
