Pros
I worked in Barcelona for Amazon in the office building! It was a great overall experience, and the onboarding was well planned and lots of fun. It's an international environment with people from all over the world, which I loved! The atmosphere was just amazing.
Cons
The change to home office during COVID was not necessarily the best. However, given that it was a rather an unexpected and uncommon situation, I don't really blame the company. But they can plan ahead now for similar future events where employees need to work from home and organize everything, including the equipment better.
