Pros
Workplace is perfectly suited for individuals who are new to the field as well as those with years of experience. Staff is incredibly supportive and encourages a culture of growth that allows team members to hone their leadership skills.
Cons
Shifts change more often so it's a bit difficult to put it in a routine, also it would have been much better if they allowed work from home option to employees
