Pros
- High salary for spanish standards - Easy to apply for holidays, they nearly always get accepted - Free private health insurance - Personally, I had a great team
Cons
- Really hard to get promoted, in my department 1 or 2 a year you can participate in a test + several interviews to try to become a senior investigator , these steps are quite hard and very little amount of people actually pass - Very repetitive work - Lot of targets and goals=micromanagement
