Easy work for good pay. Lots of career advancement opportunity. Very luxurious compared to other warehouses and very forgiving.

Not a lot of bathrooms and when you're being time tracked for productivity it can be very difficult to find a time to comfortably go.

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
