Mostly young kids. Even managers were low 20s way younger than me. I had to work harder when it was not needed if managers would not try to be friends and let associates on the line do what they wanted rather than follow rules for what could be the easiest job for pretty great benefits. No headphones and many would as well as if line was full of work they would group together and hang out. Watch videos on phones and sit on the tables at the stations and do nothing and get paid for it while I then had to stand at the end and pull boxes coming down the line onto pallet after pallet only because managers didn't do their job only until their upper manager would get on them but once that person walked away it was like being in hallway or lunchtime at school talking and catching up. As part of my job was to communicate to try to get them to help or work alot of them would ignore you or call you names. I was also part of safety and had to 1 day a week do audits which never mattered even when multiple offenders of someone sot being safe or not having hair up never got talked to or if they did it didn't matter cause that's all it was no consequence for being unsafe and then some after I left a young man maybe 20 had his hair get caught in conveyer and sadly he died because of it way too young. Too stressful to deal with even for the great benefits.
