4 day work week, good benefits, good place to earn some experience, better place to know what not to do in your next position.
Cons
Operations and safety do not see eye to eye and operations will always win (even if it means injuring people to complete the work.) WHSS are often asked to force AAs to treat in house to avoid recordable injuries (even in the case of some serious injuries) and senior leadership will bully AAs who wish to go on workers comp into not going. Horrendous place to work, and I incurred a mental illness while working for the company due to the level of stress, bullying, and gaslighting I recieved.
