- Trajectory for growth is very unclear for this role, only opportunity is to transition into different role (if lucky enough to get it). Otherwise, there is only one promotion possible in this role. - Short-sighted leadership does not consider local situations and only works to appease shareholders. This lead to layoffs without consideration for individual situations. - Pay is low and considerable raises are only possible with promotions or role changes. - Benefits are minimal.
