Pros
Pay compensation is pretty decent. You are give lots of UPT/PTO/Vactation hours and they really try and give you every opportunity to get you to stay within reason as long as you fully understand what you cannot hit zero UPT you’re good. You get to learn new thing all the time and different departments. Driving and learning all the different types of forklifts and equipment is fun . The people are generally all nice
Cons
The jobs are physical but not overwhelming . Are sometimes expected to work a mandatory extra day or hours but good overtime pay for it.
