Toxic management. People getting laid off without strong reasons because of disagreements with leadership. People being lied with promotions in order to prevent them from changing teams or the company. Leadership not focused on improving the customer's journey but rather improving their promotion docs No support from upper leadership and sometimes from the manager, they are always in meetings and they provide little value to the team's projects.
