You will have to do 996 with no real growth in the workplace. - the worst code quality I've ever seen. No one has time to implement things properly. So you will have to modify and maintain a really bad code. More than that, they will defend the code as much as possible when you suggest improvements. - manager is sending internal amazon documents after I left Amazon
