Culture and flexibility. Majority of the leaders respect and encourage the flexibility and work life balance with a few exceptions.
Cons
In the last few years, Amazon has turned from a comfortable place to work to a place with a lot of cost cutting and unreasonable targets. one more issue i found is a too mu layers for decision making and every leader taking lot of time to take a decision even for small matters
