Pros

learning something new every day, fast paced, some people are amazing and most are highly intelligent

Cons

They will fire you for taking a leave of absence if they don't believe it's a good enough reason. If you're in the FCs, they work you to death and you have to make rate, no matter what. No accommodations for making rate. Managers get ahead by claiming someone else's work, by gaslighting those under them, by acting like they're the ones to fix everyone else's mistakes. They only care about results, not how you got the result. You are nothing to them.

Pros

I was so excited when I got this job. I loved Amazon, the pay was the best I ever had at that point and my job was remote so it was a wonderful opportunity to be given. My supervisor was great and there were a lot of really nice, hard working, helpful people on my team. Training was paid and very thorough. I keep thinking we had an hour for lunch, which was great too.

Cons

I was there for a long time, but only had two experiences in which customers behaved horribly. One of which was a prank caller. I don't think it's the norm though, because everyone otherwise was very pleasant. Having two calls like that over the span of many months isn't much. I mention this because I know sometimes people get nervous about the idea of taking calls. I really enjoyed this job and if you like Amazon, enjoy helping people and working remotely, you probably will too.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
