Huge company, Excellent Brand, Apprecaited for your work, You are well trained have your monthly one to ones with management, Skip Levels if you feel you cant talk to a manager about, You are kept in the picture at all times as you always recieve emails from all different parts of the company advising you on any changes, We get emailed special offers not only on the AMEX brand Eg insurance, Also outside companies offering discounts to employees, The working times are very flexible and all SLA are achievable, I intend to have a long term career within American express as I feel they appreciate everythink you do.
