Pros
Time off policy is great - better than most other companies out there. At the manager level, you get 28 days of PTO (inclusive of all holidays) walking in the door. There's also a very generous 401k match plus profit sharing (last year was around 10% of base pay).
Cons
Salary levels seem to be slightly lower than similar positions elsewhere. The health plan is a high deductible plan with an HSA which can be a big downer if you have something major one year. I don't think the premiums are low enough to justify the decrease in benefits.
