Pros
American Express is a very structured company with friendly management and diverse practices. They are very open to giving and receiving feedback which I think is essential to job success.The company is very open to assisting with the work/life balance and has many benefits including a considerable amount of free benefits that assist with family life and a heathly living way of life.
Cons
The management is often too young and inexperienced and are not always the best at being impartial to all employees regardless of if they are the same age or spend time together outside of work. They are also often distracted with the latest sports event or television shows as opposed to leading by example in a business environment as a professional.
