• Teams are understaffed and there is currently no plan to capacitate teams and the quality of work is suffering. • People are forced to work overtime but with no overtime. • Absolutely no work life balance and no regard for the well being of employees. They even took away team buildings. An intern died on her way to work but that wasn’t acknowledged. • Wildly underpaid • No bonuses and increments and yet the company buys stakes into other entities every few months. • There’s only one black senior manager and one black manager. Everyone else in management positions is white. • They don’t allow employees to ask questions during the town halls. You need to submit the questions before the town hall meaning they don’t want employees challenging/opposing decisions. The town halls are used to dictate to employees. • There’s systemic racism, huge pay gap between black employees and white employees. • Hard work is not valued or rewarded.
