I served 4 companies yet, First time I faced this level of things. Before 1 year this was a great company under great leader (CTO - Martin), But now it come in dump & cleaver people's hand. There are lots of problems and mindset is clear that no improvement required, here are some example to understand the cleverness & standardization of senior managements - - No written promise will be held : You will receive an oral commitments and definitely it will be failed, because they are double standers. - The good example is the increments - At the time of joining the cab (40000 PA) is apart of CTC, suddenly at the time increment it will become part of CTC and increased to (72000 PA). Then what the hell you are going to do in increment. - If you go to any senior with a non technical problem, he will explain you profit and loss. If you have a technical issues specially inside the coding, they will arrange a meeting with no result. - A tech lead is only to assign the stories and estimate according to management, you could understand how he/she will estimate if he/she knows "I don't need to do this stuff". - You might be aware about the timing, Yes it is good but what good if 90% of people are getting stretched. - There are 13 Hrs, 10-12 finance people to manage 180 people along with those(13). 3-4 highly paid training strategic persons to provide training for 30 technical who are really not interested. By this point you can understand how they are increasing the cost of projects. - Have you ever heard the 2 weeks project in this kind of company, You must listen here. I don't want to unwrap more, its quite enough for wise people. Thanks.
