Pros

Good job to make some short term income while you are waiting on a real job offer

Cons

Just look at how defensive and emotional (they call it passionate) the responses to poor reviews are. It seems as if these are just justifications and defenses to reviews that tell the truth

Thank you for your review. You are correct when you imply this is not a real job. It is absolutely an agreement to go into business together with high standards on both ends. This often results in those that aren't a good fit for this business unhappy with the results which is understandable.

Pros

I became a dealer partner for Argenta this year. Prior to joining Argenta, my business was not performing to my expectations - but I was in control. I was reluctant to put my business, my manager, and my reps in the hands of a team with which I had no experience. The dealer partnership sounded like the solution to all of my problems. To my surprise - IT WAS. I could not be happier with the care and effort the team from Argenta has poured into helping me build my business. Tasks that are not my forte are no longer a problem. But when I have a suggestion, THEY LISTEN. They are willing to accommodate. That was most important to me. I went from being a small dealer with little support, to a partner with a voice. They are good to me, but more importantly, good to my reps and my customers. They offer opportunity. If you can work hard, they will give you the resources and support to be successful.

Cons

D2D is what it is. Commission is what it is. It is not for everyone. THAT'S OK! As a rep getting started, it requires full commitment. You cannot come into this opportunity and "test the waters". All in, or out.
