Pros

Argenta is a good place to work due to its great posture good managers I'm crate training and good time management Argenta Works around your time. I go to school at the University of Incarnate Word and Argenta Works around my class schedule. The pay is good you meet a lot of great people and everyday it's like a new day. All employees are very good at communication within the business are gentle all in all is a very overwhelming place like I said great people great work environment everydays different day and all in all just two very modest place.

Cons

Some damn things working Argenta is money is not promised every week but as long as you go out there and you push to make a sale you're going to get paycheck that's how it works.

Pros

I became a dealer partner for Argenta this year. Prior to joining Argenta, my business was not performing to my expectations - but I was in control. I was reluctant to put my business, my manager, and my reps in the hands of a team with which I had no experience. The dealer partnership sounded like the solution to all of my problems. To my surprise - IT WAS. I could not be happier with the care and effort the team from Argenta has poured into helping me build my business. Tasks that are not my forte are no longer a problem. But when I have a suggestion, THEY LISTEN. They are willing to accommodate. That was most important to me. I went from being a small dealer with little support, to a partner with a voice. They are good to me, but more importantly, good to my reps and my customers. They offer opportunity. If you can work hard, they will give you the resources and support to be successful.

Cons

D2D is what it is. Commission is what it is. It is not for everyone. THAT'S OK! As a rep getting started, it requires full commitment. You cannot come into this opportunity and "test the waters". All in, or out.
