Pros
Good benefits. Depending on which plant you work then your experience will be different story. Good for fresh up graduates who want to learn different process.
Cons
At least in Puerto Rico the top management on PAS and MPS are completely out of touch with what its happening on the floor. Lots of turnover of good employees leaving due to lack of development and lack of leadership. The facilities looks like a 60's plant and theres no indication of evolving or improving into the future. Working 7 days a week for months does not help at all. They ask you to give the extra mile while working 7 days a week... Thats the leadership talking! Management sometimes feels like witch hunt.
