      Pros

      The benefits are great. You get your medical and parking covered, you get to claim for digital devices, dental claims.

      Cons

      There's no growth and the working environment is horrible. Everything is being micromanaged. I've seen politics, but this office politics has gone to the next level.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
