-Opportunities to rotate through business units and sites to see different parts of the business -Program is managed very well so you can tailor your rotations to what you want to get out of them
Cons
-Not very competitively compensated depending on what part of the country you are rotating through (compensation does not change to account for cost-of-living differences) -Relocation package is not scaled to distance you're moving
