      Strong leadership, aging portfolio. CareFusion acquisition was big for the company. Next few years will result in more opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Slow moving and lumbering. Decisions take forever. Consensus driven. Some compliance functions are too entrenched in their views.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
