Only worried about corporate profits and quarterly earnings - Anonymous employee BD Employee Review

They really don't care much about their field employees in my experience. Very poor stability if you're in the "field", the first thing senior leadership does when profits start to decline is to see how many people they can layoff. Lazy way to run a business.
