      - Good salary and benefits - Good training programs

      Cons

      - It measures with the same metrics people with 10 years of experience vs people who has no experience with this kind of equipment - When you finish your training, there is no plan to keep improving your skills you go directly to the field alone, they think initial training is enough for mastering any instrument and that is not true

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
